- Shipping Carrier: We utilize Trax as our primary courier service for reliable delivery.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor your delivery status on the Trax website.

Cancellations
- Order cancellations are possible within a limited time frame. Please contact our customer support team immediately at dukansky05@gmail.com or 03478191829 to request a cancellation.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you can initiate a return once you receive the order, subject to our return policy.
- Since we work with a fast processing system, cancellation is not guaranteed.
Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Return Period: You may return eligible items within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Restocking Fee: Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

- Ear buds and Headphones
- Sale or clearance items
- Intimate apparel (if applicable)
Return Process

- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund, minus the 25% restocking fee.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7 business days for the refund to process.
Replacements
- Free Replacements: We offer free replacements for items that need to be exchanged for a different size or color.

Damaged or Defective Items

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
